Rohingya : The secular face of genocide

Hindu population of Myanmar state prevailing in the region where the genocide is going on is very much sophisticated place and nobody ever have bothered to take the issue that along with the Rohingya Muslims there are people from other religion also, the Hindus the Christians and few other religious community lives there from years which are adversely being affected. Their houses are burnt and they are forced to leave and the issue here raised do not downgrade the level of atrocities which the Muslims are facing but what about relief for other religious identity people?
This situation there is quite complicated there is an atmosphere of hate and sentiments of each othrrs are always threatened, women are raped and the children are being buried alive.
Remember where ever this happens every time the government's failure has let this world to think that this type of situation cannot be controlled at the time when they are at its peak there should be a proper guidelines set of procedural steps that should be taken by the state or any country which is facing such situations and also that what would be role of world community.
The recent UN General Assembly meeting held at its headquarters was not that much conclusive regarding this issue though many countries are helping and providing a lot assistance in the battle zone. China has provided with the packets of food at a very large scale but this is not a calamity or a natural disaster it's a state driven war where on one side there are innocent people and on the other hand there are armed men.
The ultimate solution to this can only be done by the Myanmar government themselves because today this sprout of hate can convert into a large tree which will suck all the water of Myanmar and will transfer all the red blood in the soil and the impact will also be on the whole world around.
India being a neighbouring country has always been targeted in such incidents whenever it have even try to do the things better the situation such as in Nepal regarding the madhesis and while intervening in Sri Lankan state where India lost it's ex PrimeMinister there are other many examples and many times this type of intervention downgraded our relationship.
The world always shows India the principals of  Panchsheel, the five principles of foreign policy given by the first PrimeMinister of India Pandit Nehru, the Panchsheel have following five principles.
Mutual respect for each other's territorial integrity and sovereignty.
Mutual non-aggression.
Mutual non-interference in each other's internal affairs.
Equality and cooperation for mutual benefit.
Peaceful co-existence
Now the situation in this particular case is quite Dilemmatic if India allows them to enter it's a big risk for their national security if not then there is a much more criticism, going on India's demand the UNSC permanent membership and its not allowing the refugees but nevertheless India have there is a lot of illegal entrance in India and this is most dangerous thing.
India has passed the citizenship act 2016 according to which it has particular supported the people of all the religions other than the Muslims so it clearly States where India will move in future but India can play a balancing role in holding issue of rohingyas and this is really going to be the tough decision for the Indian Government to allow rohingya Hindu in their space and drive out the rohingya Muslims.
